Egypt Coach Hector Cuper declares Salah fit for Egypt opener

Salah has netted 33 goals for Egypt, with the rest of the 23-man squad in Russia having only netted 33 times between them.

Hector Cuper has hinted that Mohamed Salah will feature in some part of Egypt’s World Cup opener with Uruguay.

Salah sustained a shoulder injury last month during Liverpool‘s defeat to Real Madrid in the Champions League final and it had been expected that the winger would be out of contention for his country’s first game in Russia.
