Liverpool Intensify search for new goalkeeper following Loris Karius blunders
The German made a blunder that causes the two goals the Reds conceded in their 3-1 defeat to Real Madrid in Kiev.
According to The Mirror, Karius’s performance was as much as necessary to convince manager Jurgen Klopp to look for a new first-choice keeper this summer, and several candidates are said to fit the bill.
Rumors linking Roma’s Alisson with a move to Anfield have deepened since the final, but the Reds are also rumored to be making an allowance for Jan Oblak of Atletico Madrid, Southampton goalkeeper Alex McCarthy, and AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Cologne stopper Timo Horn has as well been linked with Liverpool, although he turned down the chance to join the club soon after Klopp’s arrival.
