According to a report, Liverpool are planning to bring in Barcelona defender Yerry Mina on loan for the 2018-19 campaign.
Mina has been used just four times in all competitions by Ernesto Valverde since arriving from Palmeiras midway through the campaign.
Valverde is now hoping to send the 23-year-old away from Camp Nou to gain experience in European football and, according to El Chiringuito, the Reds lead the race to land the Colombian.
A competition will seemingly be provided by Sevilla, Valencia, Villarreal and Celta Vigo, however, with Spanish clubs not put off by his lack of playing time recently.
Mina was given a 10-minute runout in Barca’s 5-1 win against Villarreal on Tuesday night, getting an assist for Ousmane Dembele’s second goal of the game.
